Against long odds, our flights didn't get canceled yesterday and we are home, In about an hour, we'll be able to fetch Eddie from the vet's where he's been kenneled. Then Wally will hiss at him for a couple of days because he will smell like the vet's which Wally hates (he even hisses at himself when he gets back from there).And oh yes, we did get snow in Boston.

Wow, you were really lucky to get a flight. The paper today had a long article about all the airports in the northeast shutting down, flights cancelled, etc. Nightmare. Glad I don't ever have to travel on holidays. Whew.
I'm glad to hear you made it. Our travel was completely uneventful, which is just the way I like it; I thought we were taking a chance driving north for Christmas.
