dinner sounds delicious. i would have the following:
Grilled Portabella Mushroom Carpaccio Shaved Fennel, Balsamic and Parmigiano Reggiano
Orrechiette Carbonara with Pancetta, Peas and Parmigiano
Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Pie
my only side not is that i would not go on friday during lent. that puts a damper on the entrees.
I know it's too late, but I hope you got the Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Pie! That sounds like it is to die for.
