I thought about writing a long (probably boring) post about all we've done to get ready for our vacation. Instead, I'll leave you with my original to-do list in pristine condition, followed by how my to-do lists end up looking.

Have a great time - and by the way, just used the instant thermometer for the first time - wow! Actually had medium rare for a wonderful change, instead of well done throughout.
In all truth, Kent was the one with the thermometer and I silently mocked having that tool. But it's wonderful and I use it a lot.
