When we have our cats inside and a strange outside cat comes near the window like that and they start hissing, we always supply the speech bubble atop the strange outside cat's head: "you're a pampered eunuch."
We've been putting words in their mouths too. Interestingly enough, Eddie is just chirping at the other cat. It's only Wally who is having a hissy fit (literally).
