That's what I call our upstairs neighbors. But instead I'm going to rant about whatever huge pipe that's burst and has flooded us again. Water is coming in from the back walk in closet and has reached the living room.

Oh god. Are you renting or is this a condo? If the former, I'd say it was time to find higher ground.
We and the bank own it. Another set of homeowners are suing the trustees so no one can sell or believe me I would. This place does NOT have good memories associated with it.
It's a sign - you are meant to grow fins. Joking aside, I am really sorry.
